he Tobacco Free Project’s Stop Smoking Program is a program of the San Francisco Department of Public Health’s Community Health Promotion and Prevention Branch. Funded since 1990 through the voter initiated Proposition 99 Tobacco Tax Program, it delivers smoking cessation services to all Community Health Network patients and the greater San Francisco community at large.
